Keith Kauten has a four-year degree in Insurance from Drake
University. He has been an insurance agent for over ten years. "I have
listened to many of my insureds express concern about how they would
account for their personal property in the event of an unexpected or
catastrophic loss. Most of these clients were completely unaware of what
they truly had in their homes and how to account for all of their personal
belongings. Listening to and understanding concerns over time, has led me
